The Adult Education Center at Regency

Henrico CTE students and instructors worked alongside industry partners to renovate 48,000 square feet of underutilized space at Regency Mall, transforming it into the Adult Education Center at Regency. Completed in a year and at a third of the original projected cost, the Regency renovation was the first of its kind in the country and demonstrated the effectiveness of industry-school partnerships in helping more students enter the Trades upon graduation.
