Sterile Processing: #8367, #8391 (ACE) Honors

Program Description

  • Students gain knowledge and skills related to surgical instruments, microbiology, medical equipment, medical terminology, storage and distribution of healthcare supplies, sterilization, and decontamination.

  • This course focuses on the materials and equipment management aspects of sterile processing technician careers.

     

Students qualified as CTE finishers will take an Industry Credentialing assessment related to the course
